The Panda-EDR is a durable, one-piece tool designed for simultaneous drilling and hole enlargement in a single pass. Ideal for high-pressure, high-temperature wells, it offers significant cost savings by eliminating the need for separate drilling and reaming operations. With no moving parts and a solid construction, it provides improved rate of penetration (ROP) and stability. The tool features a pilot stabilisation pad and strategically placed PDC cutters, outperforming conventional bicenter bits and hydraulic under reamers, while operating without limitations on rotary speed.
