GFB-2 & GRB-2 Check Valve

Giant Oil Tools Model GFB-2 & GRB-2 Equalising Check Valves (Standing Valves) are used to prevent downward flow through the device. They are often utilised to set hydraulic packers, test tubing and prevent fluid from travelling down during gas lift or swabbing operations.

GFB-2 and GRB-2 Equalising Check Valves are complete units (not flow control bottoms) used to run and land in GF and GR Nipples, respectively. The GFB-2 Check Valve seats on the Top No-Go shoulder of a GF Nipple and the GRB-2 Check Valve seats on the Bottom No-Go shoulder of a GR Nipple. Both No-Go shoulders prevent downward movement but are not locked into the nipple to prevent upward movement.
